Furniture arrangement, room décor, and wall art in key rooms.
30 days of furniture and décor rental period.
De-staging of the home.
First Class Package – “Make a Statement”
We stage 5 KEY ROOMS to “make a statement.” Includes Business Class Package plus:
45 days of furniture and décor rental period.
Declutter and design optimal spaces that emphasize the home’s selling features.
Selection of one bonus room of your choice:

The Vacant Home Package – “The Complete Makeover”
We stage your vacant home and turn it into a BUYER’S DREAM HOME. Includes:
Market analysis of the home.
Home furniture and décor planning for entry/foyer, powder room, living room, family room, dining room, kitchen, and master suite, office, secondary bedroom and secondary bathroom.
Front door Welcome Package.
45 days of furniture and a décor rental period.
De-staging of the home.
Staging Add-On Options
Packaging Assistance: Help you pack items to declutter and prepare for your move.
Declutter & Organize: Help declutter and organize your spaces like closets, pantries, or garages to prepare your home for staging and your move. Three-hour minimum per session.
Furniture and Decor Rental (Past the initial package days): When additional time is needed to optimize the selling of your home, we offer extended rental of furniture and decor in 15 days increments.
Open House Representative: Want a design expert to run your open house? We can help.
Open House Ambiance Package: Make your Open House irresistible with a full sensory experience. For your home's big day, you’ll receive a fresh bouquet of flowers, bottle of Champagne, scented candles for main floor, and gourmet cookies or cupcakes for your visitors. These finishing touches help freshen the space and provide a very memorable and pleasant experience for those viewing your home.
Home Photography: The better your photos are, the more interest you will generate. We offer 20 high-quality photos for your digital listing.
